Insert in your form, which should send the form data to the handy you wish, only the following line between <form> and </form>.

In the options of the member area you can generally activate the SMS gateway with activate the checkbox 'Mail->SMS gateway'.
The cost for one SMS worldwide is 0,09 EUR with max. 160 chars.
